Shipping

When will my order be shipped?
  • All orders placed on Monday to Friday will be shipped within 1-2 days.
  • All orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the following business day. 
  • Occasionally, orders are held to be reviewed by our team for customer protection. These orders may be subject to slight shipment delays.
How long will my order take to arrive?
  • For shipments within APAC, you can expect your order to arrive in 7-10 business days.
  • For other international shipments, you can expect your order to arrive in 10-14 business days.
How can I track my order?
  • A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for activity updates.
  • You can also log in to your account for tracking information under "Order History."
Do you cover international shipping duties?
  • We ship the majority of our orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means no additional payment is required from you when the order lands in your destination country.
  • However, on rare occasions when we cannot ship DDP for some countries, the orders will be shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). In this case, the payment for duties and taxes may be required from you when the order lands in your destination country.
Can I return my orders?
  • We currently accept returns within 14 days from purchase. Please check below for more details.

Returns

We want you to love your new purchase! So, if you are not happy, send it back. It's that easy! We will accept unused products in their original packaging and saleable conditions for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Step 1: Initiating a Return

Unfortunately, we currently do not generate shipping labels for returns, customers will be responsible for the return shipments & costs.

Step 2: Send Your Return

Once you have received a return confirmation from us by email, please pack and send back the items you wish to return. To speed up the process for your refund, please do not combine multiple returns into one parcel or separate one return order into multiple boxes. Step 3. Processing & Refund

Please allow up to 5 business days for your returns to be processed after they have arrived at our warehouse. You will be notified immediately via email when the refund has been issued! Depending on your bank and location, please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

 

Shipping fees and product(s) listed as Final Sale are non-refundable.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?

We are so sorry if that has ever happened to you! Please send us an email at enquiry@srcaviar.com. Include your order number and a picture of the defective item. Once verified, we will send you a new item with the same SKU and return the defect.

Exchanges

Sorry. Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at the moment. We suggest you return your order and place a new order for the correct items. For further assistance, please get in touch with us at enquiry@srcaviar.com
